研究兴趣:
  • 双层石墨烯及其纳米结构的可控制备;石墨烯及其纳米结构的电学性质的SPM研究与调控;
  • 利用化学气相沉积法(CVD)法在不同衬底表面可控制备二维层状过渡金属化合物TMDs(MoS2,WSe2,TaS2等)单层晶体薄膜,并研究形貌、尺寸以及晶体结构的变化对其光、电以及催化析氢等性能影响。
