夏钶,男,1997年南京大学物理系理学博士,1998–2002荷兰、美国等地大学物理系计算材料科学博士后。2002年入选中国科学院百人计划,2008国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。历任物理研究所副研究员、研究员,博士生导师。2009年调入北京师范大学物理学系。

研究方向:

量子输运理论, 自旋电子学仿脑计算, 电子结构计算方法发展。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

自行发展了基于第一原理计算纳米体系电子输运的理论方法,可以同时处理真实材料在实验条件下的电子及自旋输运问题,并将此方法成功地用于研究,a)磁性-非磁性界面,b)自旋极化电流对磁矩的转矩(spin torque);c)铁磁/超导体界面的Andreev反射;d)反铁磁材料。夏钶博士在SCI收录的杂志上发表文章80余篇(含Nature Nano.PRL等10余篇),在国际会议做邀请报告数十次。

目前的研究课题及展望:

目前正在进行的研究项目有:国家基金委重点项目及面上项目负责人。主要从事纳米体系量子输运理论及仿脑计算等方面的研究,研究铁磁/半导体,铁磁/超导体的界面电子输运及自旋输运;分子电子器件理论研究;电子结构计算方法的发展,在纳米磁学研究的前沿领域深入开展工作。

培养研究生情况:
