      This is the second announcement for the International Conference on Quantum Gravity: Loops 09, due to be held at Beijing Normal University (BNU) from 2 to 7 August 2009. Main Topics: Loop quantum gravity, Loop quantum cosmology and other symmetric models, Spin foams and their low energy ramifications, Fundamental questions of quantum gravity, Black holes and Cosmology related to quantum gravity, Phenomenology of quantum gravity.
